Deliveries

Deliveries take from 4 to 7 days depending on the item being in stock with my supplier and the day the item is ordered.

Payment

I accept payment via PayPal and credit cards.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I will refund your payment excluding all postage and packing charges. You will need to send the item  back to me in its original condition and unworn for a refund within 7 days of me receiving the item.

Please ensure that you use an adequate method of postage and compensation for the value of the item being returned, and obtain a proof of posting.

I do not refund for returns that are lost in the post, you will have to claim from the postal service yourself if this happens. that ,unworn

Postage & Packing

All items are securely packaged, ready to offer as a gift and shipped within 5-7 days (unless a custom order) of receiving payment, using Royal Mail. If you need it sooner, please contact me.

Please allow extra days for weekends and bank holidays. If there is a delay for any other reason I will inform you.

I always obtain Proof of postage.
